Ryohei Tanaka returned to the USA for a few weeks in the summer of 2008 for an exhibition at Giant Robot. In that time he created more artwork than most artists could muster in a year. Luckily, he compiled some of it into the resurrected return of his triumphant zine, Special Blend. Issue 14 features photos of things objects in the street that look like robot faces, lots of drawings, disturbing comics, nearly nonsensical English from Japan, papercut artwork that will blow your mind, plus extra found tidbits. Niiiiice.
